Medinexo USA LLC, a company that provides a cloud-based virtual care platform, or “doctor to doctor marketplace,” will face claims its owners defrauded a franchisee by misrepresenting his future profits while negotiating their agreement, a federal court in Missouri said.
But Charles Fabius will have to amend his complaint to more clearly state his allegations against Medinexo’s individual owners, Jorge Toro and Ron Adelman, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri said April 3.
