Surgeon Gets Expert Testimony on Informed Consent Claim Trimmed

An expert witness’ testimony will be limited in a case alleging a surgeon failed to obtain his patient’s informed consent, because the proposed evidence was too broad, a federal court in Pennsylvania said.
