Suit Against HHS Over ‘LGBTQ’ Scrubbing From Studies Can Proceed

The Trump administration can’t duck a lawsuit over the censorship of research papers by two Harvard Medical School professors that contained words related to gender ideology, a federal judge ruled.

The government’s reposting of the articles in compliance with a preliminary injunction didn’t render the case moot, Judge Leo T. Sorokin said Wednesday.
