Several states are pushing back against a last-minute request from the Biden administration to end a legal battle over the abortion drug mifepristone.
Idaho, Missouri, and Kansas told the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas on Thursday that they’re ready to take up a lawsuit that could ultimately restrict access to abortion pills.
