Peter S. Burke has joined as a partner in the global finance practice of Sidley Austin in Century City, the firm said Monday.
Burke focuses on commercial, corporate finance, and special situations transactions, representing direct lenders, private credit funds, and banks in working capital facilities, acquisition financings, structured financings, and restructurings and recapitalizations, according to Sidley.
He practiced as a global finance partner and vice chair of the Los Angeles office at Paul Hastings.
