SCE to Seek Approval of Woolsey Settlement Agreement

Southern California Edison will file a motion seeking approval of a settlement agreement with the Public Advocates Office at the CPUC, the Energy Producers and Users Coalition and Small Business Utility Advocates.

• The settlement is a result of losses related to the 2018 Woolsey fire, and of restoration costs incurred due to the event
• Under the settlement pact, SCE will be authorized to recover 35%, or ~$2.0 billion, of about $5.6 billion of losses
