Rutgers University convinced a federal judge in New Jersey on Monday to reject a bid by Children’s Health Defense Inc. to temporarily strike down the school’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate while a challenge to the policy is being litigated.
Children’s Health Defense and Adriana Pinto sued in August to stop the school from demanding students be vaccinated before they return to campus.
