RFK Jr. Lays Groundwork to Rebuild Weakened Vaccine Committee

The US Department of Health and Human Services adopted new rules that allow Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to handpick members of an influential vaccine advisory panel after a court struck down his efforts to do so previously.

The change could serve as a workaround for a recent court ruling that dealt a blow to Kennedy’s vaccine agenda.
