Red states won’t get a second chance to join a Washington-led lawsuit challenging abortion pill regulations, a federal appeals court said.
The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday rejected an Idaho-led group’s request for a full court rehearing on whether it should be allowed into a case seeking to force the US Food and Drug Administration to lift limitations on mifepristone.
