Providers Face Suit Suggesting Improper Vaccine Side-Effect Care

Kentucky medical providers can’t avoid a malpractice suit filed by a woman whose symptoms may have been caused by a Covid-19 vaccine, the Sixth Circuit said Monday.

The federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, doesn’t automatically apply in every case where doctors allegedly negligently treated symptoms that could have been caused by the Covid-19 vaccine, the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said in an unpublished opinion.
