Planned Parenthood is urging a federal judge to clarify her order temporarily halting Medicaid cuts in the Trump administration’s tax law for only some of the national reproductive health provider’s affiliates.
The July 21 order found that the Planned Parenthood Federation of America met the standards for a preliminary injunction protecting all affiliates from the law’s one-year pause on Medicaid reimbursements to centers that offer abortion care, the organization argued in its emergency motion for clarification filed Wednesday.
