A physician who was a shareholder in two medical partnerships and alleged he was cheated out of income and the distribution of his interests when he left the two businesses may pursue fraud, breach of contract and other claims asserted against both businesses and one of his former partners, a federal trial court ruled May 15 (Angelopoulos v.
