Philadelphia Children’s Vaccine Rule Challenge Bounced by Court

The nonprofit Children’s Health Defense can’t proceed with its lawsuit challenging a Philadelphia health ordinance that allows children aged 11-18 to be vaccinated without parental consent.

The group, led by independent presidential candidate and famous anti-vaxxer Robert F. Kennedy Jr., lacked standing to sue the city because none of its members who joined the suit alleged that the vaccine rule caused them or their minor children any actual or imminent injury, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said Wednesday.
