The US District Court for the District of Connecticut dismissed the case Wednesday after the parties said they’d reached a settlement in principle Tuesday. The settlement comes after Pfizer withdrew one of its trade secrets claims and agreed to strike portions of an expert report. Settlement details aren’t publicly available, and Pfizer spokesperson Pamela Eisele declined to comment further.
