Pepsi Settles Lawsuit Over Deficient Health Plan Notices

PepsiCo Inc. and a former employee have resolved claims over allegedly legally deficient notices the company sent to terminated workers about their right to stay on the company’s health plan, the parties told a federal court in New York.

Kevin Riddle and PepsiCo are finalizing their settlement agreement and will dismiss the case shortly, according to a notice docketed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday.
