Pennsylvania has sued a Pittsburgh-based chain of nursing homes for failing to provide basic care to residents and consistently billing for services that were not provided, the state’s Office of Attorney General said Nov. 4 (Commonwealth v. Grane Healthcare Co., Pa. Commw. Ct., 607 M.D. 2016, filed 11/3/16).
