Pediatric Fraud Lawsuit Exposes Additional Medicare Liability

A False Claims Act lawsuit against a New Jersey skilled nursing facility passed a key litigation hurdle Sept. 18, amid allegations the provider defrauded Medicare and Medicaid for pediatric care (United States ex rel.
