A Vermont man who opposes abortion may proceed on a claim that the federal government should be stopped from enforcing against third-party insurers an Affordable Care Act provision that allegedly violates his religious rights (Howe v. Burwell, 2015 BL 232665, D. Vt., 2:15-cv-00006-cr, 7/21/15).
