PacifiCorp Pollutes California Waters Via Wood Waste, Suit Says

Ecological Rights Foundation sued PacifiCorp and one of its units, Pacific Power, on Wednesday alleging that it violated the Clean Water Act by discharging pollutants from its yard in California.

The nonprofit told the US District Court for the Northern District of California that the company has been releasing toxic pollutants from its Crescent City location since June 2018.
