O’Melveny Recruits Andra Troy From Latham for Public Companies

Andra Troy joined O’Melveny from Latham & Watkins as a partner in its public company advisory practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Troy advises public and private companies and their boards on corporate governance, public reporting, and shareholder matters. She also works with pre-IPO and emerging growth companies and their backers to prepare the companies, their boards, and management teams for life as a publicly traded entity, the firm said.

At Latham, she was counsel in the public company representation practice, according to O’Melveny.
