Obamacare Preventive Care Opponents Also Seek Justices’ Review

The US Supreme Court should review an appeals court decision that partially invalidated an unconstitutionally appointed government board’s preventive service mandates, Texas employers say.

Braidwood Management Inc. and its co-plaintiffs agreed with Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra that the justices should hear the case even though there’s no circuit split on whether the Affordable Care Act can require employee health plans to fully cover the services recommended by members of the US Preventive Services Task Force.
