NYC Property Tax Panel Looking for Winners, Losers in Reform

An advisory panel charged with developing recommendations to reform the New York City property tax system will take testimony Jan. 22 on how tax burdens are distributed among owners of small homes, rental properties, co-ops and condos, and commercial real estate.
