NuVasive’s Spinal Screws Targeted in Patent-Infringement Suit

A surgeon and inventor said NuVasive, which since 2013 has paid him millions of dollars in royalties and licenses, is selling several lines of screw products that infringe as many as eight of his patents related to spinal implants.
