The Biden administration is reminding health-care providers to remain vigilant about making Covid 19 vaccinations, treatments, and boosters available for staff and residents in congregate settings like nursing homes.
“Nursing homes, in particular, should review and reinforce their infection control protocols as we move into fall and winter, when respiratory infections are more commonly transmitted,” said the guidance issued Tuesday by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
