The Little Sisters of the Poor are urging a federal district court to end a long-running lawsuit challenging the first Trump administration’s final rule exempting religious objectors from Obamacare’s birth control mandate.
Pennsylvania and New Jersey sued to block the Trump rule in 2017, along with a rule exempting entities with morals-based objections, but the case has been on hold since shortly after President Joe Biden took office.
