Novo Drops Hims & Hers Lawsuit and Will Sell Wegovy on Site (2)

Novo Nordisk A/S and Hims & Hers Health Inc. will work together to sell obesity drugs, a sudden reversal after more than eight months of acrimony that culminated in a legal battle.

Novo agreed to sell its blockbusters Ozempic and Wegovy, including the popular Wegovy pills, on the Hims platform, the companies said on Monday. Bloomberg first reported the agreement on Friday. Novo will also drop the lawsuit it filed last month against Hims.
