North Dakota Abortion Oral Arguments Informed by Prior Rulings

The North Dakota Supreme Court on Tuesday again seemed split on whether the state can enforce a near-total ban on abortion, following two opinions in which a majority of the split court indicated they weren’t likely to uphold the law.
