A Planned Parenthood affiliate lost its bid for a redo in a suit challenging an Indiana law that imposes criminal penalties on abortion providers for not reporting certain “complications.”
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit denied Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc.'s petitions for rehearing and rehearing by the full court in a case alleging the complications reporting law is unconstitutionally vague.
The court didn’t give any reason for denying further review of the law, which a split panel upheld in August.
