A New York law that prohibits employers from discriminating against workers based on their reproductive health-care choices will remain on the books after a federal trial court struck down an anti-abortion center’s challenge.
The center didn’t have standing to bring the lawsuit, as it failed to demonstrate a credible fear that the state will enforce any part of the law against it, the US District Court for the Northern District of New York said Jan. 31.
