New Hampshire hospitals would continue to foot part of the bill for the state’s Medicaid expansion, under a novel plan involving a state liquor fund.
The plan is headed to the House Finance Committee the week of April 9, as part of a bill, SB 313, to overhaul the state’s expanded Medicaid program, including moving 53,000 Medicaid beneficiaries into managed care and requiring some of them to work.
