A New Hampshire law that seeks to prohibit diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in public schools and universities is facing a constitutional challenge from a group of school districts and nonprofits.
The law is unconstitutionally vague and seeks to “strip away millions” in public funding from schools if they fail to comply with the “ambiguous anti-DEI provisions,” the New Hampshire affiliate of the National Education Association and others asserted in a lawsuit filed Thursday.
