NBC, Georgia Doctor Split Pretrial Decision in Defamation Case

A jury must determine several issues presented by a Georgia doctor who charged NBCUniversal Media LLC with defaming him in stories reporting that he performed “mass hysterectomies” on women detained at a federal immigration facility in Georgia.
