Guardant Wins Verdict in Advertising Case Against Natera (1)

Natera and Guardant say a jury issued a decision in Guardant Health’s favor in a case involving statements both companies made about Guardant’s Reveal test.

• Jury awarded $292.5m to Guardant, including $175.5m in punitive damages; Guardant called the decision “one of the largest false advertising verdicts in history”
