New York lost an attempt to block anti-abortion protesters from allegedly violating federal, state, and city access laws at a Queens medical clinic, as the Second Circuit Thursday upheld an order denying the request.
A federal trial court didn’t abuse its discretion by denying Attorney General Letitia James’ (R) motion for an injunction barring protesters’ activities while the suit is pending, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit said in a narrow ruling.
