More Companies Commit to Leasing Space In New Medical Center Planned for Nashville

RALEIGH, N.C.—Over the past several months, a growing number of companies—including information technology firms—have committed to leasing space at the medical trade center planned for Nashville, Tenn., a spokesman for the site’s developer told BNA May 9.

According to Cole Daugherty, spokesman for Market Center Management Co., 12 lease commitments representing more than 100 companies have been made to date. Several of the leases involve showcases of multiple companies, he said.

Commitments received include companies involved in information technology, surgical technology, furniture, and service industries, Daugherty said.
