Minnesota Clinic Sues to Stop Surgical Abortions in State (1)

A Minnesota women’s health clinic that opposes abortions wants surgical abortions put on hold in the state under an emergency coronavirus executive order requiring the postponement of elective surgeries.

AALFA Family Clinic sued Gov. Tim Walz (D), the state’s health director, and four abortion providers—Planned Parenthood of North Central States, Whole Women’s Health of the Twin Cities LLC, W.E. Health Clinic PA, and Robbinsdale Clinic—in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota Tuesday.
