A Mexican surrogacy firm can move forward with defamation claims against a couple that allegedly accused it of “child laundering” and human trafficking, a federal judge said.
Miracle Surrogacy LLC advertises that it provides affordable programs to facilitate the collection of genetic materials, conception, and the surrogacy process. The company sufficiently alleged its former clients defamed it on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, Judge Beth Bloom of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida said Jan. 30.
