The Department of Veterans Affairs reasonably awarded Medline Industries Inc. and Cardinal Health LLC 200 contract line items to provide medical/surgical distribution and supply services despite a protest by Owens & Minor Distribution Inc., the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
