Medical Components Inc. and Martech Medical Products Inc. owe a Florida man over $1.2 million for infringing a patent covering the design of a handle on a medical device, a Pennsylvania federal district court judge ruled.
MedComp and Martech, sister medical device companies, infringed a design patent owned by Larry Junker, District Judge Mitchell Goldberg said following a bench trial in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
