McGuireWoods Expands With Two New Partners in San Francisco

Shailika Shah Kotiya and Aaron Marienthal joined McGuireWoods as partners in its financial services and securities enforcement group in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.

Kotiya represents clients in litigation, complex regulatory matters and government investigations, the firm said.

Marienthal advises clients in consumer financial services litigation, regulatory actions and investigations, commercial disputes, and intellectual property matters, the firm said.

Kotiya joins from Scale and Marienthal joins from Payactiv.
