Maximus Will Continue to Perform HHS Contact Center Ops Contract

Maximus said the US Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services withdrew an early re-procurement of a contract for contact center operations.

• An early re-procurement would have caused Maximus to re-compete for the same scope of work it currently performs
• Current contract retains its available option periods until 2031
• Maximus issued a statement that clarifies a version issued earlier today
