The federal government is facing two more federal court lawsuits to halt a rule requiring health-care workers to be vaccinated against the virus that causes Covid-19.
Lawsuits filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas are the latest seeking to invalidate a mandate that affects employees at hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hospices, and home health agencies throughout the U.S—about 17 million people, according to the complaints.
