Los Angeles School Employees’ Covid Vaccine Challenge Bounced

Los Angeles school district officials won dismissal of a lawsuit brought by a group of employees hoping to stop a mandatory Covid-19 vaccine policy, because they hadn’t actually adopted such a policy, a federal court in California said.

California Teachers for Medical Freedom and district employees didn’t demonstrate that Los Angeles Unified School District employees were injured by a policy requiring them to either be vaccinated or submit to Covid-19 tests, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California said.
