Lawsuit to Block Medicare Marketing Fees Updated Post-Chevron

The recent US Supreme Court decision ending the Chevron doctrine made its way into a lawsuit challenging the ability of the HHS to limit compensation for field marketing organizations that help enroll people into Medicare coverage.
