Wade Hauser has been promoted to partner at Lathrop GPM in the nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations practice area in Minneapolis, the firm said Monday.
Hauser’s practice focuses on tax-exempt organizations such as health care and long-term care providers, colleges, foundations, and advocacy organizations, according to Lathrop GPM.
He assists with nonprofit M&A and has experience establishing practical governance and corporate structures as well as securing and maintaining tax-exempt status at the state and federal levels, said the firm.
