Mohammed Shaheen rejoined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its banking and private credit practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Shaheen represents banks and private credit funds in complex credit facilities, leveraged and acquisition financings, and restructurings. His practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation, and administration of senior credit facilities, including acquisition, asset-based, bridge, cross-border, and multi-currency financings, the firm said.
He rejoins from Stanford University.
