A Kentucky woman lost her bid for a redo of a lawsuit against health-care providers whose alleged mismanagement of her condition left her unable to speak and to move her arms and legs, the commonwealth’s top court said.

Kali Crusenberry’s guardians didn’t show a trial court made multiple errors in excluding and admitting evidence over the course of an 11-day medical malpractice trial that would have made a difference in the outcome, the Kentucky Supreme Court said.
