Massachusetts’ highest court questioned the ramifications of overturning a Covid-19 vaccine mandate for Boston city workers that is now on hold as litigation unfolds.

“This is really for next time, right? For the next time the city intends to implement a policy” like this? Chief Justice Kimberly Budd asked during oral argument Friday.
