Judge Urged to Resume Case on RFK Jr. Covid Moves Amid Shutdown

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s directive to no longer recommend Covid-19 vaccines for pregnant women and healthy children “threatens the safety of human life,” and a lawsuit over the action should continue despite the government shutdown, medical organizations told a federal judge.
