Judge Queries How Election Affects Obamacare Anti-Bias Rule Suit

A federal judge in Washington wants to know what effect the election of President Joe Biden will have on a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s rewrite of a rule implementing Obamacare’s anti-bias provision in a way that could allow discrimination against LGBTQ people.
